Rio Terrace Church

Illuminight is a holiday tradition of Rio Terrace, Quesnell Heights, Patricia Heights, Laurier Heights and other nearby communities.

On Sunday, December 13, between 5 and 8 pm, you are invited to display luminaria (candles) on your driveway. Then head to the church to enjoy horse and wagon rides, pictures with Santa, warm drinks, and treats.

Order your free candle kit in December.

The event's purpose is to unite our communities and "shine a light" on poverty in the Edmonton area.  Each year, proceeds after expenses are donated to a local charity dedicated to reducing poverty.
