Illuminight 2025

5:00 - 8 pm
Illuminight is a holiday tradition of Rio Terrace, Quesnell Heights, Patricia Heights, Laurier Heights and other nearby communities.
On Sunday, December 14, between 5:00 and 8 pm, you are invited to display luminaria (candles) on your driveway. Then head to the church to enjoy horse and wagon rides, pictures with Santa, warm drinks, and treats.
Order your free candle kit, available on Sat. Dec. 6.
The event's purpose is to unite our communities and "shine a light" on poverty in the Edmonton area. Each year, proceeds after expenses are donated to a local charity dedicated to reducing poverty.
Rio Terrace Church thanks Dean + Osmond Realty, the Rio Terrace Community League, and our generous neighbours for making this wonderful event possible.
Kits will be available at Rio Terrace Church on Sat. Dec. 6 in the afternoon up until the event.
